I bring more than 14 years of technology experience, combining a database administration foundation with deep Kafka engineering, administration and reliability expertise.

My work spans Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, Confluent for Kubernetes and Confluent Cloud — from platform operations and troubleshooting to migrations and practical training. I understand both the data behind the platform and the operational demands of keeping it running.

I founded KafkaKraft to give teams direct access to specialist expertise: clear technical guidance, practical problem-solving and knowledge they can use long after an engagement ends.
